Our logistics process is designed for B2B efficiency, ensuring fast order handling, secure packaging, and reliable international delivery to over 45+ countries worldwide.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options based on order size, urgency, and destination:

  • Sea Freight (Preferred for Bulk Orders) – Cost-effective for large and heavy shipments.

  • Air Freight – Fast and secure delivery for urgent or smaller consignments.

  • Courier / Express Delivery – Available for sample orders and lightweight parts.

  • FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, or DDP terms – Provided as per buyer preference and agreement.

All shipments are handled by trusted global logistics partners to ensure reliability and tracking visibility.


3. Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 7–15 business days after order confirmation or advance payment.

  • For customized or OEM parts, lead time varies from 30–60 days depending on order complexity.

  • Once dispatched, buyers receive shipment tracking details and invoice documents within 24 hours.


4. Packaging & Handling

Each part is individually inspected and securely packed to prevent transit damage.
We offer:

  • Standard Export Packaging – Strong boxes, bubble wrap, and wooden pallets.

  • Custom Branding & Private Label Packaging – Available on request.

  • Eco-friendly packaging options to support sustainable operations.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:

  • Order volume or weight

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method chosen (Air, Sea, or Express)
    Final freight charges are calculated and shared before shipment confirmation to ensure full transparency.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Apex Tractor provides complete shipping documentation — including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin — to facilitate smooth customs clearance.


7. Delivery & Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number / BL / AWB from our logistics department.

  • Regular status updates until your goods reach the destination port or warehouse.
    Estimated delivery times:

  • Asia & Middle East: 10–25 days

  • Europe & Africa: 25–40 days

  • North & South America: 30–45 days


8. Delays & Responsibility

While we strive for punctual delivery, Apex Tractor is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters or strikes

  • Global shipping disruptions (e.g., port congestion)

We always keep our buyers informed of any expected delay and provide alternative solutions when possible.


9. Shipment Insurance

All shipments are covered under standard transit insurance unless otherwise requested.
Buyers may also opt for full cargo insurance for additional protection at actual cost.
